5:30
We will greet the sun with a joint morning meditation on the beach, which will help you gently awaken and set yourself up for a harmonious and mindful day.
6:00-7:00
Valera and Marika will lead us through another FYSM yoga practice and stretching on the beach.
We will activate inner strength, relieve tension and reveal flexibility, creating a sense of inner harmony and stability for the day ahead.
7:00-8:00
Acroyoga, led by our faithful morning festival companions, Valera and Marika, is a practice that combines elements of yoga, acrobatics, and partner work. It's built on collaboration, trust, and coordination, with one participant providing support while the other performs balancing exercises.
Valera and Marika will demonstrate basic elements, safety principles, and technique. Participants will have the opportunity to practice pair work, learning to sense their partner, maintain balance, and distribute the load. This practice develops strength, stability, and flexibility while simultaneously building trust and collaboration skills.
Acroyoga isn't about complex tricks, but about connection, support, and the feeling that together you can do more than alone.
And it is this principle that is particularly close to the spirit of the festival, because fruitarianism is also about unity, about community, and about the strength that is revealed when people walk a path together.
8:00
On the second day, breakfast becomes more cohesive and lively, as the participants now feel like a team. We continue cooking together, trying new combinations, sharing ideas, and discovering how simple fruit-based meals can be varied, filling, and truly energizing.
9:30
Performance by Yura Fruktoed
The festival will feature a live meeting with Yura Fruktoed, a well-known fruitarian and blogger, familiar to many through his blog and publications. We invited Yura to the festival so that participants would have the opportunity to meet him in person, hear his perspective, and engage in a live conversation.
He will present an interesting topic that will provoke reflection and open discussion, where everyone can join in the dialogue and ask their questions.
11:00
On Muscles and Strength with Fruit. Valera Poznyakov and Dima Epishin
Valera and Dima will host a meeting dedicated to developing muscle, strength, and endurance using a fruit-based diet. They will discuss in detail how to structure the training process, how much time to devote to the warm-up, main part, and cool-down, how often to train during the week, and which training formats produce results.
Participants will learn how to build muscle mass, improve strength, and maintain stable energy with FE. Valera and Dima will share their personal experiences, explain how they managed to build their fitness and progress, and answer questions so everyone can adapt the knowledge they've gained to their own personal style.
13:00
Cooking according to the Fruit Fairy's recipes
Inna will continue to share her best practices and demonstrate other recipes from her collection and book. This will be more than just a cooking session; it will be a lively conversation, an exchange of experiences, and inspiration for those looking to diversify their fruit menu. Participants will learn the subtleties of combinations, principles of flavor balance, and gain practical ideas to take home after the festival.
15:00
Fruit Games: Brain Teasers, Part Two
On the second day, the competition will continue and become more intense, as teams get into the swing of things and get a taste of the game. Participants can expect new rounds, unexpected twists, and the opportunity to strengthen their positions in the overall standings while maintaining team spirit and a relaxed atmosphere.

Talent show
This is the part of the festival where any participant can express themselves. It's a space for music, dance, humor, poetry, improvisation, or any other creative expression one wants to share. What matters here isn't a perfect performance, but the courage to open up, support each other, and experience how many vibrant and diverse people there are in our community.
