Select an airport and fare, and enter your flight. Your request will be forwarded to a letfind manager; payment is only possible after confirmation.
How it works
Everything is resolved in one chat until the airport, and then you'll be met.
You can create it using a constructor or write it in a messenger: airport, date, number of people.
The manager checks the slot for your time and tells you the final price.
Transfer in rubles or USDT. Your reservation is confirmed—we'll send you the meeting point and the name of your escort.
An escort with a sign waits at the exit from the plane and leads you along the priority line.
If it's delayed or rescheduled, we'll reschedule the meeting ourselves, both on arrival and departure.
There is no fixed window: you name a convenient time, and we will confirm it when you book.
The manager and the greeter will be in contact with each other until you pass security.

At least 24 hours before arrival or departure, preferably 2-3 days—especially during peak season from December to March and for VIP flights in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City. Urgent bookings are discussed separately: if a slot is available, we'll book it the same day.
After payment, you will receive the exact meeting location (at the departure gate, on the baggage carousel, or at a specific terminal entrance), the name of the escort, and a contact information on site. The escort will be holding a name sign.

VIP is more expensive, but it cuts the queue even during rush hour. It's only available at arrivals.
Priority on both lines: passport control and carry-on baggage screening. During peak season, carry-on baggage X-rays take 30–45 minutes, while on our flights, it takes 5–7. This is included in the "Departure" fare by default; there is no longer a separate fare for passport control alone.
Children under 2 are free. Children aged 2 to 11 are charged a child rate, which is $2–6 cheaper than adults, depending on the airport. Children aged 12 and older are charged an adult rate. In Nha Trang, child and adult rates are the same.
Prices on the website are in US dollars, but payment can be made in rubles at the current exchange rate on the day of booking or in USDT. Other payment methods can be discussed with the manager before booking.
No. Each passenger fills out the form themselves on the prearrival.immigration.gov.vn portal before departure. If you get stuck, ask a manager, and we'll help you.
We track the flight ourselves using the flight board. If the delay is up to two hours, the escort will wait for you at no extra charge. If it's rescheduled, we'll reschedule the meeting.
