The price of a bus ticket in Da Nang depends on the route, and for some routes, also on the distance traveled.
Subsidized bus routes have a fixed price, which is charged for any distance traveled. Currently, the subsidized bus ticket in Da Nang costs 8000 VND. This fee applies to Da Nang bus routes 04, 05, 06, 07, 08, 10, 11, 12, 15, 16, and 17.
The ticket price for unsubsidized bus routes (routes 02, 03, 09, 13, 14, 21 ) ranges from 8000 to 30000 VND depending on the route and distance traveled.
Typically, each of these routes has 2 fixed ticket prices - a lower price charged for a trip that is less than 1/2 the route distance, and a higher price charged for a trip that is more than 1/2 the route distance.
Tickets for bus routes starting in Da Nang and ending in neighboring provinces (route numbers starting with LK) are also priced according to distance, but in most cases there are more than two ticket prices.
