- Approximate location – only if the user has selected "Locate by phone" in their personal account; used for replying and not saved.
3. Purpose of processing personal data
3.1. Personal data of users is processed for the following purposes:

4. Legal grounds for the processing of personal data

5.3. Third-party providers are engaged to operate the Site and provide services, and they have access to the necessary extent of users' personal data:
- SiteGround — hosting the Site, processing and storing data received through forms and technical request data;
- Cloudflare is a content delivery network and website protection service, processing IP addresses and technical request data;
- Google (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager) and Yandex.Metrica – web analytics, processing of cookie identifiers and information about user actions on the Site;
- Telegram — login to your personal account: confirms login and transfers your ID, name, nickname, and profile photo to the Site;
- Google (login via Google account) - login to your personal account: transmits ID, name, email address and profile photo;
- cookie consent management service;
- the email service provider through which messages sent by the user through forms on the Site are delivered;
- Partners are service providers who receive contact information from the user who submitted the request, to the extent necessary to contact them and provide the requested service.
5.4. Some of these providers are located outside the user's country of residence, and therefore personal data is transferred cross-border. This transfer is limited to the extent necessary for the purposes specified in Section 3 of this Policy.
5.5. The website does not sell personal data. Contact information is transferred to partners at the user's request and only for the purpose of responding to that request. Other transfers are permitted with the user's consent or in cases stipulated by applicable law.
5.6. User check-ins and lists in their personal account are not shared with partners. Partners can only receive anonymized aggregated data—for example, how many users have checked their place—without names or contact information. Contact information is shared with partners only upon a separate request from the user and with their consent.
