Alora Nha Trang

Alora Nha Trang is a modern resort residential complex in the northern part of Nha Trang, located in the Bãi Tiên district on Phạm Văn Đồng Street, within the larger Libera Nha Trang resort complex. The project is conceived as a combination of apartments, hotel accommodations, restaurants, entertainment, and amenities for a seaside getaway.

The key feature of Alora Nha Trang will be its location between the mountains and the sea. Situated on the coast of Nha Trang Bay, the building's architecture is designed to maximize panoramic views. The project consists of a single 33-story tower with a basement level and is designed to accommodate 1,268 residential and commercial units. The development will include studios, one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments, penthouses, and commercial space on the ground floors.

The lyf brand, part of the international hotel group The Ascott Limited, plays a key role in the Alora concept. The hotel will be managed as a lifestyle hotel focused on modern relaxation, socializing, and extended stays. The project will also feature public spaces, fitness areas, a swimming pool, restaurants, and commercial infrastructure.

Alora Nha Trang is part of the larger Libera Nha Trang complex, so guests and residents will have access to the surrounding resort's amenities. It features areas for relaxation, entertainment, dining, and evening events. Alora itself is positioned as one of the new hubs of entertainment and urban resort life in northern Nha Trang.

The project is attractive to tourists primarily due to its proximity to the sea, panoramic views, and extensive amenities within a single resort area. Depending on the chosen accommodation format, compact studios, multi-bedroom family apartments, and more spacious options, including penthouses, are available.

Alora Nha Trang is currently in the construction phase. The groundbreaking ceremony took place on July 30, 2026, and completion is scheduled for the end of 2028. Therefore, full-scale tourist accommodation is not yet available at Alora itself.

Once completed, Alora is expected to become part of a new resort infrastructure in northern Nha Trang, combining accommodations, beach recreation, restaurants, entertainment, and public spaces. For tourists planning a later trip, the project may be of interest as a new accommodation option in the Bãi Tiên area, offering sea views and access to Libera Nha Trang amenities.
