The Nha Trang – Khanh Hoa Sea Festival 2026 is one of Vietnam's largest cultural events, taking place from July 17 to 19, 2026, in Nha Trang. This year's festival, under the theme "Colors of the Ocean – Reaching International Heights," will feature dozens of cultural, sporting, and entertainment events.
What awaits festival guests
The main events will take place at 2/4 Square , Tran Phu Embankment , and other venues in Khanh Hoa Province. In addition to the main three days, various themed events will be held from July 10 to August 10 , so even tourists arriving later will be able to enjoy some of the festivities.

Carnival on Tran Phu Street
One of the most vibrant events will be the colorful carnival, featuring decorated floats, dance troupes, and performers in vibrant costumes parading along Nha Trang's main promenade. Thousands of spectators gather along the route, and the atmosphere is reminiscent of famous carnivals in resort towns around the world.
Music and evening shows
Every evening, the main stage will host concerts featuring popular artists. The opening ceremony on July 17 promises a grand show featuring modern lighting technology, large screens, special effects, and a celebratory fireworks display over Nha Trang Bay.
Sports & Activities
The festival traditionally includes water sports competitions, beach activities, art exhibitions, craft fairs, and culinary zones where you can sample central Vietnamese cuisine and fresh seafood.
