The Da Nang Food Tour Festival 2026 is a major gastronomic and cultural festival that will take place in Da Nang from May 20 to 24, 2026, spanning multiple venues, including East Sea Park, Tam Thanh Beach Square, and other locations across the city. The program centers on the cuisine of the Quang region, which organizers present not only as a set of dishes but also as part of local history, lifestyle, and cultural memory.
The festival is designed as a multi-sensory experience: guests will enjoy over 100 pavilions, nearly 70 street food stalls, culinary installations, shows, tastings, interactive zones, and musical events. The festival week opens with the Da Nang Flavor Parade, which begins on May 20 at 17:00 PM and evokes the atmosphere of Central Vietnam's street food scene right by the sea. The official opening ceremony, featuring artistic performances and culinary delights, will take place the following evening, May 21 at 19:30 PM.
A special emphasis is placed on visitor engagement: visitors can not only sample dishes but also participate in culinary demonstrations, folk games, photo zones, and craft activities. Notable formats include "Essence of Quang Cuisine," "Colors of Quang Land," "Taste of the Sea," Beer Fest Night, and a final music concert.
