Marble Mountains (Ngũ Hành Sơn) is one of the most famous cultural and religious complexes in Central Vietnam. Five marble and limestone hills symbolize the five elements of Eastern philosophy: metal, wood, water, fire, and earth. For centuries, the mountains served as a site of Buddhist pilgrimage and spiritual practice.

The most visited mountain is Thủy Sơn (Water Mountain). It is home to ancient pagodas, sacred caves, stone staircases, observation platforms, and Buddhist shrines. Many caves were used as places of worship and meditation.

2–3 hours. For photos, it's best to arrive in the morning before 10:00 a.m. or after 15:00 p.m.
